It's not the right way to let her to initiate without successfully sleeping with her a couple of times.

Reason being you're letting her take the dominant role in setting up a plan.

She won't do it, especially because she didn't enthusiastically respond to a hang out.

The best thing for you right now is dead silence for a week or so, talk to other girls, make new fun plans and let her think about the possibility of never hearing from you again.

Take time off her. It's called a soft next
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
