"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

This girl I've been going out with came over yesterday. It was a pretty gloomy day, very cloudy. We just kind of hung out on the couch together and later in my bed. There was lots of cuddling and play-fighting. Anyway, it seemed to me like she was having a good time. When it was time for her to go to work, I kissed her a couple of times outside in the hall and she smiled and told me to call her some time. Then today at work, I didn't even get so much as a hello. She was totally ignoring me. She wasn't even looking at me. This isn't like her at all but I didn't say anything. I just got my check and left. So what the **** is this?

Why didn't you f*ck her? That's what you did wrong.

Also she's testing you for panic and neediness. Don't sweat it.

I didn't have sex with her because I'm not ready to have sex with her yet. It's as simple as that. I like her, but I'd like to get to know her a little better before I jam my **** inside of her.

Alien concept to me, but different strokes for different folks and all that. Whatever the reason, women don't like being rejected any more than men, so that's why you're in the doghouse.

If you're going to be a c*nt-tease you have to be able to deal with the consequences.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Chicks have alot of sh1t going through their head all day long. She might feel that she does not want to be open about your relationship at work so people won't label her a slvt, or she is on her period who knows.

The point is that this behaviour did not happen on a date where the two of you are alone one on one. I would just ignore this behaviour and don't mention it next time you set up a date. If she starts acting flaky or giving you a hard time then you know its something serious and then it will be time to think things over.

Well, if that's the problem, then she's just going to have to get over it, seeing as how she practically ditched me last weekend. Sorry, this wasn't in response to your post, Damage. Also, I can understand not wanting everyone to know. People tend to make a big deal out of everything, and right now it's not like we're a couple.

is this the same girl you made a bet with?

(if it is)
get over it, you wanted to play games with her...she's playing them back.

Do women actually do this on purpose, or is a subconscious test that they do without even realizing it?

Huh? Apparently you're thinking of someone else.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Don't assume anything. No biggie if she isn't talking at work... afterall she is at work. There is only a problem if she acts like that when you two are alone together.

Maybe she had mentrual cramps. Maybe she got yelled at by her boss. Maybe her ex-BF was there as well. Maybe she didn't have her contacts in....

I understand that she's working. I don't expect her to drop what she's doing just to say hello to me. It just bothered me that she was standing right next to me at one point, and I didn't even get a "hey" or a "hi". Maybe it's because we're past that initial stage of flirting?
