"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Well im pretty knew but lately I have been reading tons of stuff. I have a question. well yesterday I was at the bookstore looking at books and I notice a very attractive chick, so I stand about 4 feet away from her and say so is there anything good? she looks at me and smiles and says well kinda. we talk for like 3 minutes. and so I have to go so I say well you should give me your number so we can talk later. But she says im sorry but I have a b/f so I say alright and just walk off. I dont feel like a loser or anything but do you think I did the approach right?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Why not? You opened, talked, asked for a number, you showed you had the guts and didn't mind not getting it. More power to you my man! Of course the exact details of the convo and all are hidden to us, but I'd say you did pretty good generally.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Good that you attempted to have a conversation. Too many guys try to PU before they can even have a conversation.

BUT

Yes all those questions and saying I love this, I love that. You sound like a nice guy loser, and nice guys losers never get a woman until she already has kids with another guy.

I will now describe a successful bookstore PU

M: (Dating for dummies book held up for her to see) Hey, whats your sign? PAUSE Come here often?
H: Laughing
M: some banter
M: Hey, I need your opinion on something <Spells Opener>
H: engages in conversation about wicca, spells, etc
M: Do Palmistry and keep holding her hand afterwards while we talk
M: Tell story about a triad couple I know. By now I have gotten several IOIs
M Would you ever do something like that
H: Yes
M: My gf, who dances at <XYZ>, really wants to try being with another woman. I can tell you're an opened minded person that isn't afraid to have some fun in life. You should join us at <XYZ> for some drinks and just to see how we'd all get along.
H: Enters phone # into phone and we agree on a good time to meet.

Theres more to it than that, obviously, but that;'s the gist of a successful bookstore PU I did a while back. It's easy and I wasn't even really trying to make it work. Just threw some stuff out there and it worked. I skipped a lot of sequences but it still worked because of my high state and being reasonably fun. You see I totally screwed that PU attempt up, I didn't do nearly enough but it still worked. So you don't always have to be 100% correct. TRhis was a beautiful girl by the way. Tall, slender and a pretty face.

Also you must do these PU attempts a few hundred to a thousand times before you loose the weird sounds in your voic, the trembling hands, and the nervous ticks. Knowing about them is good so you can start to shut them down but without doing several hundred or more approaches it will still manifest itself. So you need to approach at least 50 women per week. That should be easy to do in your spare time.
