In 2008, 95% (!) of all black voters voted for Obama. Clearly, it was all about the issues and had absolutely nothing to do with race. Unlike every single other ethnic group in America, blacks all think the same way and have identical views on domestic and foreign policy issues (that was sarcasm too, by the way). A black guy saying that he voted for Obama because of the "issues" is like a hooker saying that she's in her line of work because she enjoys sex.
You do realize ~90%+ of blacks have been voting democrat before Obama in national elections right? Either Im blind or Kerry and Clinton were black.

I just recognize that Romney would have been no different for the 100+ year trend of growing government and weakened individual freedoms.
I disagree. I think your response is the politically correct one. Conservatives don't want to just tell the liberals how sh*tty they are, because the liberals will just attack the manufactured morality of the conservatives. So instead, they say both sides are terrible, when in reality, that's not the case. I'm not saying YOU in general think this way (obviously you are not afraid to ruffle the flowery left's feathers), but more that I just disagree with the notion altogether.

I think the country as a whole, PEOPLE-wise, is headed down the toilet. Women, uneducated minorities (though the Hispanics are starting see through Obama's BS), and beta males are putting these idiots in power. And they are voting at every level...federal, state, local. THAT is why you see the downward trend. A liberal president/congress accelerates it, a conservative decelerates it. All they can really do is steer the ship. So in the end, this country got exactly what it wanted out of Obama. The majority spoke. You see how the whole electoral college/popular vote was only an issue there for a few elections, because the country has pretty much gone over to the liberal side as a majority. It didn't matter during the last election, or at least I don't think it did. Obama won in a landslide.

I'm not exactly sure why things go this route in all societies though, and if it's even possible for a society to stay 'on top'. I mean, white males ultimately freed slaves, allowed women to vote, etc. etc. Domino effect. So who's to blame? Democrat and Republican meant completely different things back in the 40s. But the one constant remains, we get less conservative every year.

F*ck it, life's too short to worry about it.

It doesn't matter what President you have in office as long as you have a sh!tty do nothing congress. President Obama had a disaster on his hands because of 8 years of a failed and disastrous Bush administration. 2 wars that were unpaid for, big tax cuts, and a failed prescription drug program that was all accounted for our massive deficit that President Obama has been making go down. These are the same failed policies that republicans are trying to promote with each election cycle. We tried them. They don't work.

Why is this discussion even in this forum? We should be talking about chicks, not politics. Isn't this supposed to be one of the forum rules? All it does is cause a fight, which was the intentions of the original poster.

The below was what I was asking dipstick. Or are you able to read and comprehend before banging out a reply on your keyboard with your forehead?

Would members of the manosphere admit it if they had voted for Obama since they are against feminism etc. or did they even vote at all. In that case all talk but no action. Even if it meant simply voting for another candidate other than Obama.

I wondered for all their talk if the same dudes who can't stand feminisim etc. voted for Obama in both terms or at least his first, or if in another country wanted to see him elected.

If dudes in the manosphere had voted for Obama would they even admit it?

If they hadn't voted at all because they felt it doesn't matter then wouldn't that make the gum flappers regardless?

To bad we'll never find out because for all their talk I wonder how many dudes in the manosphere vote or don't and if they were Obama voters or just complainers EVEN IF they felt their vote wouldn't do anything.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

this is true. African Americans have historically voted Democrat ever since the 1960's.

I made this post right after the 2012 electoin

he turth is, african americans have been overlehmly democratic since 1945 and even more so with the voting rigths act of 1965 was passed /lbj election who was the champion of civil rights form a presdential point of view

i don't like to talk politics because frankly just about everyone here is ignorant, but i will drop some knowledge on you guys. the 1960 election with nixon/jfk was the closet in history, with JFK winning by a little bit over 100k votes, African Americans voted 85% in favor of JFK and that is even without southern states allowing African Americans to vote, in short, blacks won election for JFK

my point being that even if i gave you that black people won the 2012 election, it wouldn't be the first time in history this has happened.

the GOP's problem is on many fronts. The Voting rights act that was passed in 1965, increased the amount of voting African Americans by a considerable in a span of 22 years in combination with just urban development/groth/birth rates

In alabama 1965 there 19 thousand black registered voters. by 1988 there were 68 thousand. in the same state, in 1965 there were 70 thousand white voters and in 1988 there were 75 thousand

Georgia 1965
white= 62k black=27k

Georgia 1988
white= 63k black 56k

Louisiana 1965
white= 80k black=31k

Louisiana 1988
white= 75k black= 77k

mississippi 1965
white= 69k black= 6k lol

mississippi 1988
white=80k black= 74k
etc

just so you don't think I'm pulling these numbers out of the crack of my ass

African Americans have been in the democratic bloc for damn near a century. The problem isn't the racial divide.

The REAL GOP problem, now that i have broke down the above, is quite simple... the game plan that worked in the 60's and 70's, is not political fiesable in 2012... there are too many black/Hispanic voters. In the 60's and 70's and even into the 80's you could win a presidential election off pretty much the conservative white vote. you didn't have to cater to anyone else beucase the numbers that everyone else had didn't matter.. white couples were the predominant voting power of america and if you made them happy, you pretty much were gonna win

The problem is not one but a few, and the GOP has not done anything to offset this. The new aforementioned black vote, the GOP never bothered catering to, so they stuck wtih party lines. That really isn't even the biggest deal. The worst decision in GOP history IMHO is to tell immigrants to **** off. That was the beginning of the end.

and ****, i don't have to tell you dudes this, this is ****ing sosuave, people aren't' getting married as much today. id don't have to feed you any bull**** either on why they aren't getting married you guys know. and the ones that do, are doing so much later. So not only are you not getting the black vote, not only are you not getting the Hispanic vote, you are also not getting AS many white voters beucse you are still using the 1980 conversvale value formula that worked so well then, in a 2012 hipster chick look at me i am a slut bucket on facebook let's see how many men i can **** before i'm 30 and then find a guy to take care of my ass when i'm used up dating scene.. you're gonna lose some of these guys and girls. not even to mention the new gay movement.

in laymen's terms, the GOP probelm is that in 1982, it was poltiically fiesable if not prudent to ignore just about everyone but conservative american vote, because there weren't enough of anyone else that were registered voters that mattered. In 2012, it's not politically fiesable to ignore everyone else but conservative votes, and that's exactly what they are doing. the plan simply won't work. no matter how you slice it no matter how high your fox news ratings are, there are too many minorites and single people to not cater to any of them.

it's not one thing. The GOP is really, really ****ed. not beucase of black people. beucase it hasn't done anything to change anything since well.. ever.

There are good republican candidates who from time to time can sway a block of minority voters, but the GOP really needs to change the game plan to account for the new playing field or this **** will continue.

The typical 'let me make my liberal garbage spill THEN I will shame everyone else for talking politics' post. Never saw that sh*t coming.

Get out of here with your senseless rabble. White betas and feminists put that f*cking nimrod in office. What are blacks, like 12% of the country? Bottom line, win Ohio and Florida and you win the election. Whites and Hispanics make up 78% of Florida, and 83% of Ohio. If I want to cater to someone, I'm going after white Democrats and Hispanics. Just the way it is. Blacks aren't voting Republican anyway, there's NOTHING than can change that. It's too ingrained in the culture.
