I'm working on myself to achieve some goals I think its important, would like to hear if anyone did all of those and how it affected your life and results.

1 - No Alcohol;
2 - No Caffeine;
3 - No Pornography (Nofap). Not no sex, but no pornography and not spend all of energy chasing women all the time;
4 - Natural Eating.

Is that possible to achieve or it some kind of perfection idealism that can't be achieved?

If anyone did that, how did you made that? Your story and what makes difference.

It is possible to achieve anything you decide to achieve.
No alcohol means extra challenges socially.
Not many can take on such a huge challenge.

Thanks! =)

Yes, I stayed away from alcohol from some months... There is some challenges with that. But I think the benefits is better than allowing that.

The most difficult to achieve is keeping that mindset and willpower. Some situations and days when I feel weak, I tend to do those things.

I did a full life reset a couple years ago. I went extreme and cut out or cut down on several things at once.
I began to realize to truly strengthen your mind, you have to not let things control you. I examined everything I felt that was controlling me and cut out or cut down on them.

Caffeine
Coffee
Alcohol
TV
Soda's
Processed Foods
Fast Foods
Sugars/Deserts
Porn
Masturbation
Internet Shopping
Social Media
Internet in general
Being Lazy
Toxic Relationships
Women

Like you the only thing I didn't give up or cut down on is sex from real women.

Some of it was harder than others as some things, you have done most of your life.

What I found is there is a bell type curve. Some things are really hard to abstain from but once you get past that peak of the bell curve, you are no longer dependent on it and it's a very good feeling to feel free from it. Before for example, I felt like I always had to watch a certain amount of TV everyday. Now, I'm indifferent if I watch tv or not.

I found doing these helped my mind and body. And now it's evolved into more of a lifestyle change.

That's so amazing man! Happy to see that you achieved that! It's definitely something that can benefit us a lot and it's veryyyy difficult!

I'm up to all those things you said and I've been working on it for years. Had failed a lot of times, but I think now as I took the biggest decision of my life, I'm more confident to cut all those things and reset myself.

About that bell curve what do you mean? I see that the more I try, the more I find triggers that made me fail, so I could improve it and try again... Is is something similar to that?

OR... the more you can resist to that peak, the more you're near to achieve that?

This. It's like climbing a hill. Once you let things slip, you fall back down the hill. If you keep strong and are able to resist it until you get to the top of the hill, then controlling those things are easy from that point onwards.

Also, I don't ever recommend cutting things out on a permanent basis. Maybe only at the beginning to help you achieve control. Once you achieve control, then it's all about moderation because cutting something out completely is not sustainable in the long run.

So for example, I have a sweet tooth. To keep it in check, I eat one 1x1" dark chocolate square per day to keep my sugar hunger in check. Also instead of drinking soda, I stick to 100% natural juices. Yes they have sugars but natural sugars that passes through your body and isn't stored as fat like soda's containing high fructose corn syrup.

Good Luck :up:

Thanks man! =)

That's interesting... I can't see that right now cause every time I tried to create this balance it always put me back to the addiction. But I must reach that peak first and see how is the vision there. Maybe then I can balance those things and one time or another do something like eating a candy or drinking a beer...

I am planning on giving up booze. I eat super clean, workout like a maniac and usually have a few drinks at the end of the day. I went a month without booze before the lockdown and felt amazing!

I eat all natural and super clean. The benefits I experienced were much better digestion, zero bloat, much more energy and better body composition.

I did no fap/ no porn for 2 months I didn’t notice anything.
