Please... someone tell me how you "SHAPE" a muscle. A muscle can only grow. you cannot "shape" a muscle, the way you shape a muscle, is to eliminate the skin/fluid/fat whatever you want to call it, which is around that particular muscle.
EG. your deltoids (3-off) you cannot "shape" your shoulders, you can train each delt differently to achieve different size in each.
Shape....? i dont understand what is meant by shape? its not modelling clay. i think another word should be used here. "shape" just doesnt fit it. Newbies are goin to head off to the gym thinking that they can "shape" a muscle. its a little more involved than that.

Indeed - enjoy your tricep kickbacks while you gain 10lbs-fvckall a year, or whatever. I'll be busting my ass, while you do something resembling the one-arm-fvck-me-rows you see women do in the gym.

So train how you want. Either way, the bickering doesnt solve anything. I have my training method, and awesome arms. You have whatever the hell you have. It makes no odds to me.
