Detour Protein Bars

Got tired of the usual stuff I get, so I picked these up.

They taste like a CANDY BAR, no exaggeration. And 30g of protein.

Try one out, see what you think!

but

I stopped getting these things cause I was told that you can't absorb all the protein in it like you can shakes.

I don't know why though.

Anybody wanna confirm/explain this?

I've seen these at up to $3.99/per bar. Eat one a day for a month and you're looking at close to $120!!!

Want protein? Eat some p*ssy..hahaha...kidding fellas. If getting proteing were THAT easy, we'd all have little brown hairs stuck in our teeth.

Yeah, It almost is just like eating a Milky Way bar, because it almost is one.

Most protien bars are a huge rip-off.

Better off eating a .50 cent can of Tuna.

So does most everything that is healthy for you.

My point was, that if you want a good source of Protein, don't waste time with sugar-laden, overpriced Protien bars.

If you're going to buy em, don't buy them from stores (or any protein/nutritional product for that matter). .. Go online to muscledepot.com, a dozen of these kind go for 20.99, so that's about 1.75 a bar. Still pricy, but much more doable than 4 bucks a bar.

And I'll try out the pvssy idea
