Hes going to attract the wrong type. Never flaunt money unless you want a superficial chick to be used by. I never take new women to my house or meet for dates in my car until we've seen each other several times and she's checked out okay, i'll take my average truck. Lesson learned on this when I wasn't so wise in the ways.

when i was single i had an aston martin at one point. i'd never drive it though on dates i always drove my lexus SC300. never took a girl back to my place until i got a good vibe from her, i never let my house set the vibe for me.

you can't roll like that, you are asking to get taken advantage of.

NOTICE he didn't say WIFE. This would be the fastest way to find a com dumpster.... and time is money. It did say real estate mogul right? He may be able to make MORE on a deal than most of us will in our lives, so it may make financial sense.

I mean, I know how to shingle a roof, but I can make more per day in my office working on patients. SO if I HIRE someone to shingle it for me...am I less a man? AFC?

But in any case, I see why he has problems with women. He has a very child-like, un-masculine expression. No woman is ever gonna take him seriously... except if she want his money.

And then she'll only take him semi-seriously! ;)

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
