delete own topics and posts!

Why we cant delete our own topics and posts?

I writed some topics and I need to delet them!!!
Someone found out and is trying to cause me trouble with it....
Please, help me to delet it before its to late.

You can delete individual posts, but not the entire topic. The reason for this is that you would also have the power to delete whatever everybody else posted in that thread, which wouldn't be fair.

Well...than explain me something: I tried to delete individual posts...why it is that I couldnt do it?

Well...than explain me something: I tried to delete individual posts...why it is that I couldnt do it?
