She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
At this point, I would be backtracking to bring that up....I already agreed to show her I would stop drinking and playing around.... I should have said that in the beginning no doubt though....backbreaker said:what else is there to day. i was in a similar situtation about 10-11 years ago with a girl I met who just got out of a 6 year reolationship. She was fine as hell and had a great personality and truth be told, she liked me, but she still had feels for her ex. But i caught a case of the feels for her. I told her point blank, yeah i'm ****ing other women, lol i even showed her who the other women where what could she do I knew she was still ****ing the other guy i caught her tongue kissing him in a night club.
one day she broke down and told me what it was going to take for me to date her and i told her nothing was going to happen until 1. i was assured she liked me and wasn't just trying to get back at her ex and 2. he was not in the picture, in no way, shape or form.
she bucked, but eventually we got there. it took 4-5 months. but we got there. she was a great girl.
she's trying to use weak arse game about you being a player, don't flintch. tell her you don't give you rheart to anyone and espeically someone who toys with ex's. Tell her honstly you really like her and you can see yourself with her, but not in this situtation like it is now, she needs to get her **** together before he expects you to settle down.
I would not even flitch at her asking me am i sleeping with other girls. i wouldn't brag about it but i wouldn't deny it, **** i would lie even if i were. make her think she has competition.
Think about it. A girl that 1. wants you to not **** other girls while 2. being able to **** her EX, is not a girl you want to date anyway. if she is real, she will realize what you're saying and get her **** right.
