Decided to take a few month off for self improvement

3/4 years ago I was in the best shape of my life ... and I became complacent and lazy ... so I’ve decided I need to get back where I was....

- joining the gym again in July

- going to start tanning

- get some fresh summer clothes and treds.

- stop smoking cigs and weed ( currently on day 2 )

- focus more on my Crypto trading to become financially free.

- buy a nice tag heur watch

- start eating healthier

- and start being more proactive... which is a no brainier once the weed fog and insomnia lifts.

Then start to spin plates again.

I had a bad few years ... like losing a long term gf, then my dad past and I just spiralled...

But I’ve woke today after not smoking weed and I feel great literally. I’m rearing to go now ...

I think after a month back in the gym I will make good progress as I’m already lean and if muscle memory serves ... should bounce back no issues.

Also just bought a nutri bullet for healthy daily smoothies .... I’m 36 but people always say I look around 28 which is good that I don’t look my age :)
