We should never date women at work, but we can't avoid them.
In my politically incorrect opinion our ancestors had it right when women were kept at home and out of the work force. The reason is simple: beyond being weaker, lazier, and less productive, women have no self control. They cannot (in most cases) behave professionally because to do so requires discipline. They are also more likely to cheat (51% of affairs that do happen happen with people they met at work).
Consider for a moment how much a man has to alter his primal urges to exist in society alone nevermind work. We can't overpower women or coworkers with our strength, we can't submit to our lust (which is 10 times higher than a woman based on testosterone), we can't express our political opinions, et cetera.
But women are given a free pass to be just as moody as ever at work. They can also wear tantalizing outfits (which is a form of sexual harassment given that they can get you arrested just for thinking you might have harassed them and meanwhile men can't control their lustful urges). If you even mention her moods you can be fired. However defending their moodiness is fair in a way because there are just three possible ways to deal with women at work:
1) We keep them out of work (not an option now that Feminism has them paying income tax - You go girl!)
2) We force them not to be moody (this is like declawing a cat, it's a form of animal cruelty, not that men do not submit to similar cruelty as outlined above). It's probably not even possible to de-mood a woman without drugs and surgery.
3) We submit to their blatantly unprofessional wrath daily. And how often does their unpredictable behavior impact you? You, know, the woman in HR who, because she prints your check, considers herself your master? Or the girl with 2 years experience who considers herself your boss because she has an office next to your boss (who has 20 years experience as you do)? I grow so weary of this everywhere I work, nationwide. Some woman just get moody over the slightest thing and you simply can't walk past her without puncturing her sphere of wrath.
As angry as they may be reading this, female readers can secretly relate as they have to deal with women at work also!

So what do (all humans) do to handle this?
There are 3 primary ways to defuse a woman at work:
A) Ignore her. (Recommended but impossible as you walk by them all day).
B) If you know she is not unattracted to you (where unattracted includes good looking guys who pissed her off), you can tell her she looks nice that day (this can only be used safely once a month, and is best done in the presence of a witness as you are walking away). That will make her day and you'll see a transformation.
C) Discuss it with her "Did I do something wrong?" Dangerous, and remember: one disaffected soul can spoil a whole group opinion.
So, how do you handle these women (which is 90% of them)? Is it ok to call her on her bad behavior at work? Do you talk to your boss or just grin and bear it?
