I just had an awful experience with one tonight... and pretty much had to storm out of there, because they would not let up.

Anyone else have bad experiences trying to buy a new car?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Was it because he was too tall therefore too attractive? Should fat women date car salesmen too?

You truly are a troll. Do you have nothing better to do?

BTW, why do you live in the Gay Capital of the US?

35-45% of car salesmen date fat women, except the ones with Filipino wives. The wide nose of a Filipino makes her on par with a similar white woman who weighs 30 pounds more.

The median attractiveness of a car salesman's wife appears at first to be lower than the median income of a car salesman would justify. However, the abysmal fashion sense of a car salesman negates much of his jaw-shape characteristics.

Low balling f*ckers. Say no to everything they say and tell them to f*ck off then they try to steal your money.

What, did you expect them to not try to sell a car to you? You must have been looking to buy a "lesser" brand, like Kia, Ford, Hyundai, because higher end Euro and Jap sellers won't even talk to you with out running a credit check, unless they know you.

You probably have a sh1t credit score and they were trying to get you to sign one of those <$200 a month leases OR you have no sense of negotiation or people skills. I'm guessing its both.

Buying a car is one of the EASIEST things to do. All the information is out there for ANYONE and still dumbsh1ts like Stuka can't get it done. This country may be doomed.

And don't knock on the The City Stuka, just because your poor traveled ass can't afford to visit here. Sure beats Joiesy or whatever the hell you want to call the abortion across from NYC.

how much would you expect to go down?

on a semi new car 2-4 years old, if its 10 grand say, would a salesman go down a grand?

or if its an older car, 6-7 years, at 7 grand, would you still want him to go down roughly a grand? maybe 700?

about 15%?

Read Influence by Robert Caldini. It explains quite a few of their tactics and how to deal with them, not to mention its a good read for all areas of your life.

Buying a new car is NOT easy especially when you have a budget. Most of these salesmen will try ANYTHING to fuk with your head, plant seeds, try the good guy bad guy dynamic, seem like they are sympathizing with you, play on your emotions, tell you standard sh** about the car that 99% of the cars nowadays have for example :-

"...oh sir this car has a CD-player AND power windows...".
"...OMG OMG OMG!!!! your kidding!!! WOOOOOOOW I'm so impressed because your BS worked with me...!!!"

Majority of the time if you go you have to tell them an out of the door price. Meaning if the car is 20 grand you say 15 grand out of the door, taxes, rebates all that sh** included. They will also try to get you to finance so they can make some profit for themselves. It's annoying as hell because when you decline and walk out they call you the next day acting like they MIGHT be able to come to a compromise. So for the average joe like me I personally feel it's not easy at all and it is a complete hassle because they give you the run around.

The funny thing is that a lot of the places I went to they wanted to hire ME because I would cut right through their crap, time wasting, making you wait and get straight to the point. Of course I would do my research before hand about the car to catch them during their "presentation" but overall it's a pain in the ass. One thing you have to do is be willing to walk away, you have to have to have to be willing to walk away and not just ACT like it but do IT confidently if your price isn't met. If they laugh call them out on it. You literally have to make people uncomfortable and if you can intimidate them in order to get your way.

KillaPetehog, you provide some good information even though I know most of it but I still find the part where you mentioned to go an hour before closing time and talk to the supervisor interesting. So I really gotta lay it thick. One thing I do advise the original poster is to not let them get to you. No matter how unpleasant, deceitful, or manipulative they might seem or are do not let them see how rattled they have really gotten you because they will push those same buttons over and over again which will eventually end in you getting fuked in the ass with sand-paper and barbed-wire wrapped around it...no lubrication. (Sorry for the bluntness.)

Hopefully this info helps you to make the correct and RIGHT decision(s) regarding your vehicle. Good luck!.

Any job with commissions is going to be shady sh*t goin' on and specifically with roadside used car sales.

Years ago I was dating this gal who bought herself a used car. It was a total surprise and she didn't mention anything about buying one as the car she had was still a good car. It was her way of showing me she was a big girl and didn't need my help in selecting a good car. When I sat in the back seat of the car I in a sec said to myself this car has way over 100 thousand miles and when I asked her how many miles does it show on the dash she says 32000 miles. While her smart ass know it all mother was in the passenger seat she continued to say it was a good car and even her husband and even her pastor blessed it even going as far as saying her husband has been dealing with this dealership for years and the saleman is honest...

She left the car with me one day and I pulled out the back seat looking for information on previous owners and found a couple buisness cards I also looked inside the trunk where I found information of previous owners what I found was gold this car she was so proud of was a former rental.

I made a long distance call to the rental place and asked if they knew the car and they said yes and I asked how many miles do you drive them before selling them or getting rid of them the person on the other end said 150,000 miles. I then asked if they knew this car and they remembered it clearly as I gave them the serial number. This wasn't all I then dug further and to my surprise found a most recent car owners information and gave them a call. I asked them if they owned such and such car and they said yes I asked them how many miles did they have on it before they got rid of it he said it was 175,000 miles when he wrecked it. This explained the rattle in the fenders and noise coming from the rear..

When my sweet girl friend got home from work I presented to her the information and I told her the car you traded in is still the better car and you should go back to the dealership demanding a complete trade back in which she said it's a buy as is sale in which I said my ass lets go and we will see about it..

The owner and saleman she was dealing with was well known in the community and at the time was an outstanding businessman and honest. My girlfriend all timid asked him if she could do a trade back in which he says no the sale is final in which I then said and presented him with my information the hell if it is you will make a trade back no cost to her or your butt will appear in a court of law for false information on a car sale as the title was showing 31,975 there abouts clearly breaking the law with false information.

He did the trade back pissed off to a T and makes the comment that I wouldn't have known the car had that many miles on it if I didn't own a new car in which I said your a stupid MFand if you weren't an old man I'd kick your ass right here I was 28 and he was in and around 50.

His statement to me was clearly disturbing one that was saying he was conning people.

The sweet spot came when my girl friend felt I was to mean spirited and non christian like with the man and I thought what a stupid turd in which I next her butt.

This incident disturbed me so much I called an attorney and asked him about this and I soon learned living in a small town everyone has everyones back this attorney I called backed this car saleman 100% and said it was just one of those things and not to worry about it in which I said your kidding right...Son he said, don't worry about it in which I hung up the phone..

A few months passed my girlfriends dad whom bought a car from this saleman owner was traveling down the highway when his car caught fire...I am sure it was a good car with hardly any miles on it(being sacastic) :D

I made sure as many people knew about this turkey he didn't sell many cars after this and went out of business a short time later.

As far as me buying a new car or truck I have employee pricing since my dad retired from Ford so it cuts through all the bullsh*t a saleman will pull on you.
