“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

For whatever reason I do deadlifts and squats on the same day. It is basically a leg day, but I have my back workouts mixed in with two days. I do deadlifts and hyperextensions on leg day, but I do rows and something for the upper back such as lat pulldowns on my biceps day. My entire routine is like this:

Day 1: Chest + Tris
Day 2: Back + Biceps
Day 3: Legs + Back
Day 4: Shoulders + Traps

I throw abs in randomly when I have extra energy. Right now I only work out 3x per week (fricking gym is closed on weekends in the summer) so I only hit 3 of those days per week.

Should I switch this up a little bit?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

squats and deads can be done the same day if the volume is regulated.

why have you got a back/bicep day and a leg/back day? put shoulders with legs, keep back on back/bicep day and you're fine for a 3day a week routine.

For the first year of my training, I was able to do that comfortably.

As my dl & squat pounds have increased, I've found it a bit uncomfortable to keep those 2 on the same day. Maybe at this point in my life, I just don't have it in me.

Once you reach a certain weight range, you'll probably want to be splitting those up. Your body will tell you, listen to it carefully!
