AFK and others have inspired me to start a thread. I think it will be good since I will have to update. Longest I've been is one week and a day.

I don't believe masturbation kills your testosterone....on the other "hand" I do believe it kills your drive to want to approach. This is what has happened to me. It's time that stopped right now. I have so much knowledge yet have not used it to increase my fruit. Instead used it to give others advice on here and people who I interact with each day. I Got through the night pretty good. Woke up with a lot of energy. I don't know if this was due to no hand holding or because I got nine hours of sleep. I was much more up beat during my classes, exc. I had excerising tonight at my meeting (a requirement for this program im in) Got through the whole thing without becoming wore out. Usually I'm not able to do this. I just seem to be a lot more active. I'm hoping this keeps up. Anywhoo, two down... 87 more days to go.... :D
