Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I tryed the deadlift exercise for the first time yesterday. Today, I am experiencing some lower back pain; really stiff to say the least. I'm not sure if i performed the exercise right because of the tightness i'm experiencing in my lower back.

Any insight?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

When I did deadlifts, my lower back got pretty tight too. Probably because of all the muscle contraction. Just like any workout, you should stretch afterwords. MAKE SURE YOU MAINTAIN PROPER FORM. The deadlift can seriously screw you up if you do it wrong. A quick search on the internet and I'm sure you can find form pictures if you need them.

If youre experiencing a stiffness/soreness similar to other DOMS experiences then you are fine. Remember you worked a muscle, and this is the first time you did DLs, being sore shouldnt be too surprising:)

Now if you were to feel a sharp shooting pain up and down your spine...then you might have a problem and I would suggest no heavy activity until you see a doctor.
