“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ive got dead knees.

discomfort, cracking sound, sometimes pain while doing squats

Is anyone here who had this? I cant do legs with this. I would have to skip most important exercises like deadlift and squats.

I tried running/bike/stretching, anything and no help.

My knees are like that I really have to watch what I do, I blame it on being overweight for too many years I spent a good 5 plus years at 230-240 pounds way too heavy for a 5'9" guy, if your pain is really bad I would get checked out by a doctor.

Box squats, and make sure when you squat you use a wide stance and keep your knees outside your feet. Act like there's a box around your legs and you're trying to push your knees out to the side to break out of the box. Then have a bench or something and squat to where your glutes make contact, if there's pain let a little weight down on the bench. If not just make contact and go up.

Also go lighter. Leg press is ok if you put your feet higher up. Avoid leg extensions. Sumo deadlifts may be good too, although I have no idea about that

I heard its possible for specialized doctor to fill the knees with something (that should be there naturally) so the bones or whatever is it dont rub against each other
