“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

For db shoulder press, what are the advatages/disadvantages or bringing both db's at the same time opposed bringing one up at a time and alternating?

I'd say doing them at the same time means you get through your set quicker and I'd say technique-wise it's easier.

unless you're careful with alternating sets, it's much easier to 'swing' the weight, which is a definite no-no (of course you know this, spes, but it bears repeating for others).

simultaneous also encourages you to the exact same movement for both arms, which is the best way to promote symmetry & balance.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The benefit to doing one at a time is to develop core strength and balance. Because pressing one weight at a time will put you off balance, your core needs to work hard to counteract.

You can make this even harder by sitting, kneeling or even standing on a Swiss ball (fit ball) while you do it. It's great for enhancing core strength and balance, however you'll see far better shoulder strength gains by doing both arms simultaneously.
