"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Hey guys,

Some of you all have seen some of my earlier posts - I wanted to introduce who I am. I am 25 years old, and just recently got out of a 3 year relationship that got pretty serious. It's been about a week since the breakup (that's been pretty dumb and painful, since we lived together). But either the case I am new to the PuA game, or whatever you wanna call me.

It looked pretty interesting so i've tried a few times (those who've seen my other posts) and it seems like a lot of fun if anything.

It was my first real attempt to go and 'try a game' besides letting it fall in my lap (which barely happens) - I had a lot of anxiety. It took a while to even attempt these approaches. I asumme it will get better in time, call me a pvssy or w/e but listen I've been out of the game - I knew if I could do this while sober, I'd at least boost my confidence up little by little.

So today I would give you guys 2 attempts that I tried in a pretty easy stomping ground (the mall.)

---
:box: First Attempt: Blonde, Early 20's, Currently looking through clothes at a Banana Republic

How it went down:
(I was holding a shirt that I was thinking about buying from the men's section)

Me: Hi, excuse me I don't normally do this but I noticed you across the hall and I wanted to tell you you are very cute and you look like you have a sense of style.

Her: (Smiles) well thank you

(Here is where I mess up, obviously im still an amateur at this and need to work on self-confidence and ****)
Me:So, let me ask you what do you think about this shirt? I was planning on going out tonight, I haven't been out for a while, and thought I would get something new.

Her: It's okay

Me: Oh, alright thanks
(Walks away)

+++++++++++++++++

Wow, just bad right? I got the reaction I wanted but couldn't get the follow through - ( Can someone explain to me better what a good Push/Pull method is? ) Also, im never gonna hold something like that again - I felt really akward because its not me and seemed like a line to her.

---
:box: Second Attempt: Blonde, Single Mom, Early 30's, Walking down one of the alleyways with some clothes.

Me: Hi, excuse me I don't normally do this but I think you are very cute and wanted to say hi

Her: (Smiles) Awe thank you.

Me: I'm XXXX
(Shakes hand , holds on for a few extra seconds)
Her: I'm XXXX, nice to meet you

Me: Are you shopping for you or?

Her: I'm just here shopping for my kid we're going to a water park this weekend (kid maybe 4-5 based on the size of shoe). What about you?

Me: I'm actually on my way to meet a collegue of mine to go over some things we've been working on and then we were going to go out.

Her: Awesome

Me: So are you from around here ?

Her: I live in XXX

Me: That's awesome, I used to live up there - have you heard of this place called XXX , it's been around for 80 years and has the best pizza you'll ever have

Her: No I havent, but its around where I live

Me: gotta try it, its legendary

Her: (laugh) Yeah maybe I will

Me: well listen I have to go meet my collegue but I want to get together with you

Her: yeah, thatd be awesome do you have a card?

(I proceed to pull out my phone and start typing in her name on contacts)
Me: You know what I have too many jennifers in my phone, you need a nickname

Her: Uhm, how about Crazy Shopper Jennifer? *laughs*

Me: That works well

Her: You're not going to put that in there are you *laugh*

(I hand her the phone that says "Crazy Shopper Jennifer" and have her put in her number)

Me: Well it was great meeting you, What are you plans this weekend?

Her: I'm going to the waterpark with my kid

Me: oh, thats right, my bad - How about early next week?

Her: Uhm, nothing if you wanna text me we can do something

Me: Alright great, I'll text you
(Gave her a hug with one hand on the lower part of her back and one over her shoulder)

++++++++
Success on the number! But can you guys give me any tips to improve my approach?

Hope you enjoyed reading - Going out tonight.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

That was great... your direct but also indirect. They know what you are there for but you don't push the issue and make it awkward. It's great to get comfortable just talking about ANYTHING after you've opened things up w/ her and just close the deal the same way that you just did. Make the plan right there and then. Easy PEEZY Japaneezeeeeeeee

Keep at it!

my advice - stick with this type of approach for a while, keep with that same energy level, don't read up too much on game etc. just keep it casual, you'll have a lot more success that way.

I agree with everything Yuppaz said.

You are making great progress. You dropped the "trying to bust on her" thing which helps a lot. Instead, you teased the second girl the RIGHT way by keeping it natural and spontaneous. You did it by telling her you were going to put her funny nickname in your phone, which was PERFECT.

Don't worry about the first girl. The compliment opening was very good. Even asking her about the shirt was ok. After she gave her opinion, she didn't seem to try to talk more, so it was ok to eject.

Tips:

Asking an opinion is kind of neutral game-wise. All it does it get her talking so you can't expect too much from it. But if you do ask an opinion, if at all possible, try to make it something you are interested in so it is as natural as possible.
