i just read a story where a guy did 9 years in jail for rape that he did not commit.

they accused him of raping his 11 year old step daughter after his wife filed for divorce. turns out she made it all up lol. she admitted to making it all upa t the time and she was "upset about the divorce"

that **** makes my blood boil. you know good and damn well the mom told her to do that. and the prosecution is not going to press charges against the woman for making him miss 9 years of his life and have to start all over.

Legal rationale? It's perjury isn't it? How could she possibly not be prosecuted for this?

This type of thing happens every day. As a wise man once said, They don’t think it be like it is, but it do.

The excuse against purjury is always the same around the world. "It will stop more women from coming forward". So you know, screw your ruined life, we gotta think about future un-raped women feeling safe if something happens to them.

When they say life isn't fair apparently they aren't kidding. Nine years, yikes.

What concerns me is how he got convicted. If he didn't do it there couldn't have been any evidence, which means they convicted him basically on an 11 year old's say so.

I'm not so convinced as you that the mother put her up to it. I mean maybe she did, I don't know.

But if not, in the heat of divorce, she was probably ready to believe the worst about the guy anyway. Add in the emotional outrage she felt about someone raping her daughter, and she probably piled on.

What you bring to our attention is Bluddy Disgusting....We had a somewhat similar case some years ago in Western Australia,of a Man who was sent to Jail,for the incest of his daughter,based on a hypnotists evidence of the daughters claim when taken back in time under this witches spell to recall supposed events that were later shown to be impossible.

how the hell did this guy get convicted with no evidence other than her saying "he raped me"

thats whay id like to know. rape cases you need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt because everybody
knows, even the courts, that girls are very capable of doing stupid sh*t like this.
