How long do you generally think the veneer comes off and the "best foot forward" personality reverts to the real personality? You know, when two people first begin dating they want to make a good impression, show some game, etc. but that is not one's true personality. When does the ***** or screwball or control freak or whatever finally show up such that you think is this the same chick I've gone out with 5 times? I have to think that, in many cases, being turned down ends up being a favor to you.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Always maintained that the only reason a girl says be yourself....is so she has an easier time judging which guys are wussies and which guys are the real thing.
