So went on a date tonight, girl seemed really cool but wasn't as attractive as my ex and whole date I couldn't stop thinking about her. I thought a date/new girl would help keep my mind off her but it seemed to make things worse.

Ending up almost wanting to text! Thank god I didn't. How many more dates does it take? My emotions are still there unfortunately. Considering just working on myself first before doing anymore dates.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

What kind of date? Don't tell me you did the entire dinner thing. You should have had some drinks and tried to get her back to you place or hers. Seeing her naked might have made you forget your ex. Realize your ex isn't there thinking about you in the same way. You've built up a fantasy about your ex.

Yeah sorta was, not doing that **** again. Girl seems into me tho, gonna wait til she hits me up again set up some late drinks meet up and escalate from there.
