"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Hey dude... I would go on the date and treat it as i would any other date..... Just dont get involved with her anything beyond sex.... So bang her, eep her around as a FB (f*ck buddy), and thats all. If its a relationship she is looking for, direct her elsewhere.;)

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Treat it as any other date. Just because she got pregnant at a young age doesn't make her a bad person. Mistakes happen and people don't always make the 'right' decision.

If you aren't looking to be in a relationship, Let it be known upfront so she doesn't have any expectations.

For me personally, huge alarm bells would have gone off if a 18 year old chick told me that she had a kid. At this point in my life I'm not looking for drama and all that emotional baggage such a situation will bring along, and that's why I steer clear of chicks like this.

I had great rapport going on with this really nice 21 year old chick when she told me that she had a 5 year old kid. Sh!t, I was out the door in a flash.

Personally i wouldnt bother with her. There are to many single and available woman out there. You are to young to deal with this behavior. I could see if you were in you 30's and the girl you were seeing had children. That’s a different story.

But in your case right now, it’s not choice. Why would you want to bang her anyway? She has been having un-protected sex. Who knows what other things she would have? I say get out of the relationship before it even starts. You don’t need a woman with baggage this early on in life.

England are playing, aren't they? Football should always come before women!

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
