"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Its probably cause I don't live on this forum and log on here"periodically" when I have something occur in "real life" ..... Thats probably why I can't relate to the in depth analysis to a 1 line sentence I sent a girl on POF whom I could care less about it. I know it means I do care according to a lot of you right?? I am beta now because I sent that... absolutely terrible, I put her back on her pedestal... she is now validated! Omg!!!!! lol

Alright I'm out till the next adventure, while I'm not thinking about this anymore keep posting your feedback, I'll be out in the field. Till the next adventure!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

If you don't care about the girl one way or the other and you don't plan on getting with her then i don't see the point in a reply at all......

And your reply went out of your way to state that you weren't interested in her..like you even needed to tell her that in the first place.....would you go out of your way to tell someone that who you were not the least bit threatened by and who you genuinely pitied???? of course not....

that is childish/beta behavior...no offense...you got a 37-year-old disrespectful cougar....just pity her and let her be on her way...i usually just pump and dump these types and be done with them forever....no point in twisting the knife and saying by the way, we met and i am not interested in you...that is coming from a position of inferiority not superiority...
Agree.

The opposite of love or like is not hate or dislike OP, it's indifference. Your response only gave her the satisfaction she wanted, needed....that she craved, in her belief that she did the right thing by walking out on you and that you are not worth the paper she wiped her azz with this morning.

Learn from this and grow.

If you took the advice, you would eventually reach that level of game as well.

I can't believe you have been here 11 years and still haven't learned this $hit. But, keep crying instead of learning.

Beta's gonna beta.

And this is my third time asking.....What was her reply? And why do you keep avoiding this question?
I liked the "did you go back and pay?" message idea. It puts her on the spot and lets her know that she didn't get away with anything. I would have loved to hear her response to that one.

With what he ended up writing her, she will either ignore him or be a b1tch about it.

There was no reply. She got a reaction out of him, which is what she wanted.
