"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Ohhh man... tonight was just a big epic fail.

It started off really well, my GF took me out to a really nice restaurant and we stopped at an upscale up and she bought me some drinks.

I was looking forward to getting sexual with her... and when we got the car parked, again, everything was going the way it was supposed to. She was f*cking hott and ready to go.

I started to eat her out. I'm sucking on her cl*t and.... This is seriously if not the most, one of the most embarrassing things ever. I didn't wear my retainer like I was supposed to after I had braces so I have a very small gap between my 2 front teeth. Somehow, I got a part of her labia caught in it and she jumped up in pain and I nailed her cl*t with my teeth.

She was bleeding, crying, it was just a nightmare.

She is a good girl, because even after all that, she still sucked my d*ck.

However, that was terrible. I have never f*cked up like that before, ever. Nothing seemed to go right after that. She accidentally cracked me in the head, we were just not in sync. That's gotta be one of the most embarrassing things I've ever done.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

My man, this is not an embarrassing story.

This is a lasting memory.

These are the type of stories that you'll look back on with your GF/friends and LAUGH about months/years down the road.

In my mind, having a relationship is all about building funny, lasting memories. This is one.

Let me tell you a story about my EX that we'll always remember and I'll always laugh about..

Late one night I just happened to be crashing at my GF's parent's place (mind you this is POST college... not high school)

We were getting hot & heavy and she started giving me a ******* on her dad's couch (his TV room). I was about to blow and all the sudden her head started convulsing and she blew CHUNKS all over her dad's hangout room. On the Computer. On the Couch. On the TV. Everywhere.

Little did I know here dad was in the other room and he stormed in thinking that she was suffocating on her vomit. I'm butt ass naked. She's got a mouthful of semen/puke.

Awkward. Awkward for the next day. Awkward for the next month.

But you know what? These are memories. Memories bind people together and when you look back on things like this, they become not awkward, but funny.

I'd rather have totally awkward/crazy stories than nothing. Boring guys don't have stories. Boring guys don't have stories because they're not willing to branch out and do what needs to be done.

While the situation at the moment is awkward, you should be proud of yourself in the long run. This is what makes people bond with eachother. Good times, bad times, funny times; memories.

Stop worrying about it and move on. You'll both laugh about it a month from now.

WC2, you are exactly right.

+1

I still contend that it was embarrassing... I've never accidentally taken a bite out of a girl's cooch before, and if she can't walk right the next day, it wasn't because of anything I did with my teeth.

One of the reasons this girl is my girlfriend is because she has such a great attitude about things and she genuinely does care for me. Even while she was crying and bleeding on her backseat, she was telling me she wasn't mad, upset, or anything and I don't need to worry about it. I didn't act like a p*ssy or anything... no pun intended. But like I said, I've never done that before and I felt bad I got her like that... I mean, it had to f*cking hurt.

She was totally cool with everything and did not make it a big deal, in fact, like you said, she started to laugh about it (in a positive way) after she started to feel better and still sucked my c*ck. So I don't doubt that will end up being a positive bonding experience.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
