"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Okay. Finally this girl and I are going to go on yet another date, and this time it's at the mall. Basically we're gonna play at the arcades, eat, and walk around the mall looking at stuff.

My ultimate purpose of this date is to get to know each other better, especially in a place where there's so many things to look at.

So, do you guys have any good tips to give me that'll help me increase my chances of her getting to like me? Basically anything to make us a step closer to becoming a couple? Much is appreciated...and this may be part 2 of our second date. (Btw, she's the one who suggested to be at the mall together on our first date.)

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Just make sure you don't become her "mall buddy" by always being in that location. I would suggest a venue change.

Aight...any other things too? Compliment obviously is a good thing, just don't overdo it or look like I'm kissing ass...Listen to her with interest...any other good stuff?

And btw, I will not buy her stuff, cuz I'll seem too easy (well except for food, since well....guys pay for the food!)

Victoria's Secret? Wtf? I find that place like a death trap to men...

But like I said...need ways to get closer to her, and I know talk is a good way...any other stuff?

DO NOT ---- I REPEAT --- DO NOT go to a mall with a chick to look at stuff!

Where I live, the cinema is in a mall, so when I go to the movies, i have no choice. But, you just go to the movies. Don't go shopping after!

Think about it for a second. You are going to a mall with a chick. Chicks love to shop (most of em'). So, you go to the mall, have a bite to eat, play some arcade games, but then you are going to be hanging around stores, waiting for her to try on clothes, making you a bigtime CHUMP. She will probably even ask for your approval (big time friend zone here)

If a chick is going to go shopping, it's with her chick friends, not with a date.

Seriously dude, don't do a mall date.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Whatever you do, whatever floats your boat, take HER out with YOU. It's her that's getting in YOUR reality, not the other way around.

To explain my point: When you see "that married couple"... shopping. Is he shopping, or is it him who is shopping? Who's having the fun?

LOL! I think there needs to be some damage control to this 'mall date' - Go there for lunch, and then proceed to get the hell outta there to somewhere active, at least fun.

Ok the only way I would recommend this date is if you have pretty good skills. The reason is this...

If you are out and the entire time you are having conversations with other beautiful women then you're value is going to go through the roof. She'll rip your clothes off, but if you're just gonna be by her side the entire time paying her special attention then it's very risky.
