From my vast experiences with dance floor pick ups, they are totally weak in regaurds to getting an extraction or day 2. However, they are great for an easy pash and a bit of a confidence boost. Something to reassure you "Damn, I look good tonight."
There will come a time for you that you'll realise this, and won't be so keen on a dance floor pickup. But in answer to your question:
So your dancing with your friends, and there is a group of girls dancing near by, one of which is giving you eye contact.
The first time you get eye contact you want to hold it, and smile, a big smile, like "Hey Girl! Whats up! I'm having the time of my life over here!" you want some type of reaction from her, a small smile back is sufficient. Its GAME ON!
Do not approach yet. Continue dancing but holding eye contact with her every time she's giving it to you. Its now ok to break eye contact first, so long as you hold to show her "I'm not scared to check you out."
Timing is SUPER important here.
Idealy, when the song ends you'll get some more eye contact. Stroll over to her. "God! I love that song! - Come dance with me." and take her by the hand. Don't take her away from her group of friends, just turn her to the outside of the circle, so her back is closed to the group but her friends are able to keep their eyes on her.
Dance with her, the only Kino should be holding her hands, both hands.
Talk to her while dancing. Just fluff/vibe stuff. Don't talk for an overly long time. Just build a little bit of comfort.
Spin her a few times.
Once you feel she's comfortable. Spin her. But catch her midway. She'll now be facing away from you, pull her in to grind on you.
DON'T GRIND FOR A LONG TIME!
It becomes sleazy and common.
Take the guts. Be a man.
Spin her again from the grinding position. Pull her in TIGHT for a little front grinding, but be talking right into her ear at the same time. "mmmmm... Your a good dancer." for example.
Now, what I like to do is lean in for the kiss, and WHEN she comes to meet your lips pull away. I love doing this 5-6 times.
It is an advanced move though, and you may lose your girl. I recomend you just follow through with the kiss.
If extraction/day 2 is your aim. Return her to her friends, but stick around after kissing for a little while. Don't stick around creepily. Enhance the fun of the group grabbing other girls hands and dancing with them. NOT GRINDING. Pull them into the center of the circle. Talk to them a little. So they too are comfortable with you and think your a great guy.
Then you'll need to extract your target from the group, "Lets go to the bar and get a drink" ->to group "We'll be right back"
Charm her.
