"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Could of come back with a c+f response, anyway back to the point.Drink a little, watch others. If you're specifically asking for back-grinding,try holding her close to you by the waist and let her lead, you should get the hang of it (she's already rubbing her ass on your crotch so don't ask if she would "let" you hold her). Also with this way you instantly get your arms busy which seems to be the hardest part to master (arm movements).

its not hard, just follow her lead. As long as she's moving on beat it should be easy, if you're having trouble just put your hands on her waist and let her guide you. If she start moving to fast and you cant keep up, just stop moving your waist and let her do her thing, its better not to be moving then moving in the wrong direction/ offbeat. And use your HANDS: hold her waist, grab her hands and hold them out in front, over your heads, pull them back and rest her hand on your thighs, run your hands down her arms, etc. She should be changing the motion every so often too. Once you get better you can try moving in the opposite direction as she is but still in sync with her, if you know what I mean. Less is more when grinding, dont try to do to much, just follow her lead and have fun

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I'd have to disagree with this. When dancing, its the man that leads. The women will appreciate this dominance.

He's talking about grinding not dancing, and he obviously isnt skilled enough to lead if she stops and says you're a bad dancer...

It doesn't even take rhythm to grind. All it takes is confidence. So to the OP, work on that.

Oh yeah, and one more thing, the men should still take the lead in grinding.

move with your knees not your hips. Never move your feet. Circular motions counter clockwise or clockwise, choose 1 and stick with it. If it gets really hot then go forward and backward like you're humping her.

Hope that helps. U know tehre are actually mechanics to grinding ;)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
