“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Take it from a reforming skinny guy...standing barbell curls will get you where you want to go faster.

But you'lll want to spend some time working tris too. Tricep=three heads, bicep=two heads. You'll get half again as much mass on your arms by working tris as you will working bis.

Don't worry about how much you can lift. What are you a power lifter?

How does the muscle feel when you lift? Go for the burn. The pump. I see guys all the time lifting more than they can "properly". They use terrible form just to get the weight up. Use the appropriate weight for proper form. Proper form is essential to buildiing a balanced/proportionate body.

When you use a weight that is too heavy, other muscles come into play. Ones you don't intend on working.

Don't worry about #'s. Worry about how you look in the mirror...

I have a 15lb DB. Thats all.
I can't join a gym as i have no way of getting there (i can't drive) plus i can't afford it.

can this 15lb DB do anything for me? & what are some techniques i can use to get the best out of it?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Sandista,

Yeah it is possible to get something out of a 15 pound dumbell but after you can do like 12 reps without a problem then it is pretty much pointless as far as muscle growth goes. You need to put a new stress on your muscles to switch it up. As far as joining a gym just invest like $200 for a bench with like 300 pounds of weights. That is what I recommend for a beginner just to get oriented for the first year or so. Plus you don't have to worry about getting to the gym or finding excuses about not going.

Mole,

The amount of weight you can lift doesn't matter much in my opinion. At least for me its all about how I look and how I feel about myself. At 150 and doing 20 lbs for 8 reps aint bad. That means you could probably get up 30's 5 times. Just continue to challenge yourself with heavier weights and more Volume.

Peace and good luck to both of you
