"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I broke it off with a younger girl that works for one of our clients about 3 weeks ago... got weak after about 2 weeks and tried making contact with her... but she wasnt receptive, so I let it go again. Beging of this week I had to go the clients office and I saw her. she was very pleasent, I sat in her office and chatted a bit. The next day I was returing a call to the clients and she answerd the phone. Its not her job, but they have caller ID so I dont know if she answerd to talk to me, or it was coincidence. Today she called me at lunch to ask me at my leisure to bring her a shirt she left here. she caught me off guard and while I was eating lunch so I agreed. I probably shouldnt have, but I didnt have my game hat on.

Later in the day one of the woman I work with said I was quiet, and I told her what had transpired during the week, and it was on my mind. She told me the girl was still interested, but I disagreed and said she just wanted her shirt back, and that I should of told her to come get it. She disagreed, and told me she was still interested. I foolishly thought about it and sent the girl an email saying that if I drove the shirt down to her she would have to let me take her out. I have not yet gotten a reply, but I feel like I didnt play it very well.

words of wisdom?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

i agree that she is still interested because fact is .. you only want a shirt back if you are still interested or bitter . she was pleasant to you and not bitter. you only want to give a shirt back if you are interested or bitter. you are interested.
otherwise the shirt goes to the bottom of the closet floor until you meet someone new and eventually you throw the damn thing out.

i think she asked you to drive the shirt to her so you could take her out, and perhaps you should have just not have sent a hast email stating the obvious and just showed up with the shirt and said ok , lets go grab a bite to eat or beer or whatever.

its ok, the email isnt a terrible thing so no worries.
she is probally waiting to respond to you, so you will think she is busy being such a fun person and all.

happens all the time.

so just forget to bring the shirt back. when she asks again, just let her know it slipped your mind, and suggest she drop by to pick it up b/c you are too busy to remember this kind of sh-t. no need to run a delivery service for girls you dated for two weeks.

and if she drops by to pick it up, let her go rummage around to find it in your place, and make sure some other girl's shirt is lying around, too.

btw, if she asks about that one, just act like you don't know what she's takling about and shoo her out the door. she should be back to lose another shirt within the week.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
