“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Everytime I eat 500g cottage cheese, I wake up the day after with acne on my forehead/throat/chest. I don't do it for a week: no acne. Anything other food is kept the same. So yes dairy gives acne, maybe not to you, but if you got acne, do the test.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

While milk probably does cause acne, I still barely get any because I keep my face extremely clean. I use wash twice a day (mourning and night), acne medication at night, and just rinse it off a few more times a day. Since I drink a decent amount of milk, if I slack off for a few days from my routine acne starts to appear, but as long as I follow it I stay pretty much acne free.

I used to drink litteraly 1-2 litres of milk a day (trying to put on weight) and I developed really bad acne. Then when i started frequenting the H&F forum and read alot of stuff about milk I decided to go cold turkey. My acne improved somewhat but didn't clear it up and i still have moderate acne today. (still only 16)

Since i started taking a multi-vitamin (2 weeks ago) i've noticed my face got quite a bit clearer. I've noticed that not a lot of over-the-counter things are very effective for my acne (tried litterally everything) and I think that my acne is mostly diet-induced.

So my question: should I cut all bread out of my diet. And also I eat at Subway ALOT, so would getting wraps/salads be beneficial to my acne as opposed to getting wholewheat bread?

Please just read the link I posted, it will clear your acne for sure! I tried everything from Lazar to antibiotics and this is the only thing that works. It has for all my friends.

Also try eliminating wheat as you may be allergic.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm taking doxycycline and dairy products will cause the stomach to not absorb the hormones in the pills as effectively. Thats all i know.

I stopped getting outbreaks since i've been on the doxycycline but before i use to drink milk on a daily basis.

It may or it may not, its not a universal fact yet so i'm skeptical. I haven't drank milk in over a week.

Milk contains a lot of calcium but in a form that is most difficult for humans to absorb. As a result, the calcium passes right through your system and is excreted as waste.

Only in raw milk is the calcium easily absorbable. Raw milk, however, is just about impossible to obtain, as most states have out-lawed the sale of raw milk.

The enzyme “phosphatase”, found in raw milk is what makes calcium easily absorbable. Unfortunately “phosphatase” is completely destroyed during the pasteurization process.

Thousands of blood tests have shown that those who drink 3 to 4 glasses of milk a day, have the lowest levels of blood calcium. This is bad news for those concerned with bone health and who thought milk was an easy solution to this problem.

Actually, the best source of calcium for humans is in the fruits and vegetables that you eat.
