Are there any problems with using Creatine Monohydrate daily for a long period of time? Why do we cycle creatine? I'm very confused, my brother runs a supplement website http://www.bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk/ and says that I can use it daily as there are no gigantic side effects from long term daily use :s I'm confused..

Both are acceptable - however most athletes will cycle to limit their body from adapting to it more quickly (after continual use) and thus rendering it near useless. Cycling helps minimize this.

I take it 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
For me it seemed to work better that way then taking it daily.

There aren't any long term daily use problems as long as you stay hydrated. Creatine monohydrate can cause kidney problems if you aren't decently hydrated.
