It wouldn't matter even if she allowed you to take a DNA test and it came back the kid wasn't yours. All US court cases I have seen they make the "fake father" continue paying child support even after its proven she cheated on him and the kid isn't his.

I absolutely hate talking about this topic, makes me sick to my stomach
