Okay, about 10 days ago i made a post stating that we were dancing in gym class. And now that we are finishing that unit we're having this big dance hour wind up thing. Its in one week, and i still cant dance!!! Dp any of you know any website with video tutorials oor anything that could help me?! (one week)!

Turn music on in your room, hip hop, and go with the music. If you dont have rythem you cant dance.

chances are you can dance, but you're way too self concious to let loose. I wouldn't suggest watching hip hop music videos. I wouldn't suggest going to an assload of parties and observing then jumping in. you really need to let go of all insecurities if you're going to express yourself artistically in a social physical manner.
