“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Every time I've properly started cutting I seem to just burn a bunch of muscle and retain the belly fat I actually want to get rid of. I got all the way down to 11 stone once (at 6' that's pretty f*cking skinny...) and yet I became skinnyfat because my body was shedding the muscle rather than the gut.

How do you guys get round this? Should I just keep lifting heavy and up my cardio rather than cutting calories?

It's the one question that's always driven my crazy about getting fit. Because I actually have pretty good core abs, I just wish I could get rid of the rubbish flab over them witthout ruining my gains.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Would have to know your diet and workout plan to give more precise advice.

It doesn’t make a lot of sense to be burning up muscle tissue and sparing fat.

Eat 200 calories below maintenance and keep working out. That way most of your losses are fat and you'll retain most of your muscle. You'll have to figure out what your maintenance level is.
