I've been eating tuna for about two months. I'm talking about eating it 5 out of 7 days a week. Haven't had any unusual problems with headaches, nor have I been excessively clumsy. People at work bug me about eating cat food for lunch, but that's all. They're all fvcking amazed that I'm losing weight.

Ok that is good news. Please let us know the first sign of pain or bleeding or excessive stupidity or stuff like that. Thanks bro and may the tuna be with you.

ok I had a bit of a problem getting to the gym and won't be able to till tomorrow. I got called on saturday to cover for this guy that took emergency leave. I had to pull a 24 hr. phone watch for E. Company. I worked from 9am Saturday to 9amsunday and when I woke up around 6pm sunday the gym was closed for some reason. oh well. I will do my saturday workout on monday i guess. I will post the results tomorrow.

naw i use to deadlift all the time when I played football in high school. I just started small because my back has been bothering me since I got into this wreck a while back. I just wanted to slowly work my way back. Next time I will probably start off with 200 or so. I don't have any problem with heavier weight like when I first did the deads I started with 225 but decided that I don't want to risk anything and ease my way into my deadlift. Splenda is a sugar subsitute that is good after a workout because it helps restore glycogen (sp?) after a workout. I mix it in with my oatmeal or protein shake after a workout. I have made a small change in my diet. I thought about it and am changing my lunch from tuna to a chicken thigh. I am not sure about mercury but don't feel like risking it since excessive mercury can cause hair loss.....something I don't need at 21.

okay thanx. well, i wouldnt worry about the mercury, i read studies who proved these tuna-mercury rumours wrong. probably the truth is somewhere in the middle but for sure you won't get hair loss from eating tuna. chicken thighs you get antibiotics and hormones, you think that stuff is good for you? no it isn't but the human body is much stronger than the people think. just think about it, how most people fvck up their bodys with drugs, alcohol, nicotine, crappy diet and still are able to live long lifes. no, i wouldnt worry about the mercury. hair loss is genetics, or constant abuse of steroids.

The afternoon workout was a little better than the morning workout. I also was excited because I got a new protein powder in the mail today....strawberry. Now I have all three of the major flavors so I won't get bored.

Military Press 12@100 10@100
T-Bar 10@45 8@45 6@45 (lowered weight because of sharp pain in lats)
DB Flyes 10@45 8@45 6@45
Incline Bench DB Curls 12@30 10@30
Cbl Curls (wide) 6@70 10@60 8@60
Cbl Curls (close) 12@60 10@60 8@60
BB Shrugs 12@225 10@225 8@225
Tri Ext. 10@80 8@80
Tri Push didn't keep up with weight...did like 4 sets ranging from 12 to 10 from a weight of 180 to 250.....GREAT PUMP....I didn't want to stop so I didn't until I couldn't push anymore.

Overall workout on a scale from 1 to 10: 7
Could have been better except for the T-Bar rows hampered my lats. I think I may substitute those out for Lat Pulls next time.

Today's workout I had to exclude legs because they are still sore as hell from my last workout. I didn't do a morning workout and combined some things to work out the body parts that I could. I finally took that Kre-akyln with the NOX2 and wow.....I felt like my forearms were gonna explode along with my biceps. On the other workouts I have only been using NOX2 so I could see how effective it is alone. I felt some pumps but nothing like combining the two. I will start to supplement with the glutamine next workout. I just wanted to slowly ease my body into all the supplements instead of bombarding it at once. Now, on to the workout.

Deadlift 12@185 10@185
Bent over Rows 12@135 10@135
Incline Bench 12@140 8@140 5@140
Decline Bench 8@180 6@180 4@180
DB FLyes 10@45 8@45 6@45
BB Curls 10@67 6@67 5@67
CBL Curls (wide) 6@70 10@60 8@60
Cbl Curls (close) 10@70 8@70 6@70
BB Shrugs 12@225 10@225 8@225
Tri Ext. 12@80 10@80
Tri Push 3 sets

Hey medik, it looks like you're doing quite well here. I had a quick question though. I am also doing cardio, but in 15 minutes, I burn about 388 calories on my elliptical. However, you burn 388 in 45 minutes. My elliptical has 2 calorie settings. It has the "fat calorie" setting and the "calorie" setting. The fat calorie setting tells me how much fat cals I've burned...so is this what you're counting? Or just the calories....

I read that burning 3500 calories will = burning 1 pound of fat....but which type?

Well the reason you do it in 20 minutes is because I am doing real easy cardio so that I don't over train. You have to remember that I do more working out than I list. I have to workout with my platoon every morning. This can be either a 2-4 mile run or a bodyweight workout (pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, situps, ect.) So I do a 45 minute cardio on the treadmill so that I use up all my energy (glycogen) and start dippin in my fat reserves without taxing my nervous system too much from all the other training.

Does this mean I should do slower rate cardio for a longer time to start burning fat?

I just retaped myself because I can already tell that I am getting alot more cut but my measurements are staying the same. I believe this is due to the fact I am losing bodyfat while still increasing muscle (clean bulking). When I look in the mirror the thing I noticed the most is my arms are increasing in size and my abs are starting to show more. I haven't got my scale in the mail yet so I can't post bodyfat or weight today.

Chest 41"
Stomach 32 3/4"
Arms 14 1/4"
Forearms 12"
Thighs 23 1/4"
Calves 14 1/2"
Neck 15 1/4"

*note: these results aren't from a pump either because I didn't lift today or take no2 or any supplements except fish oil (daily) and a multivitamin.

edit:
I also wanted to add these stats:

Online Bodyfat Calculator
Bodyfat % : 14.5%
Fat Weight 24 lbs.
Lean Weight 141 lbs.
Resting Metabolic Rate 1951 calories
Daily Intake
Carbs 86
Fat 93
Protein 174
1784 calories daily
