I'm fat in some part of my body (stomack. legs, head, pecs) but i'm not fat like a big guy in some other parts of my body, My height is 6''2 and my weight is 192lbs. Which program of diesel I should use?

-To make it simple, I want to gain muscle mass and lossing fat

Pack on the pounds. Bulk up a bit.

Best thing to do is to train to build up mass, but throw a bit of cardio into the mix. Best way to burn fat is to build muscle. Your resting metobolic rate is higher with the more muscle you carry.

Throw some weight around 3 days of the week, and do some cardio 5 days a week.

Sort your diet, and you should see some results quite quickly

Okay, Fat Head ...

It's hard to say without knowing what your bodyfat percentage is and what your goals are.

That you say you have fat on multiple parts of your body, I think you should cut to get rid of that before you attempt to build muscle mass. If you bulk now, you'll just get fatter and fatter (with more muscle of course, but you won't look great).

At 6'2" and 195, you're not a huge guy, but I'm guessing that you could lean out quite a bit more based on your description.

Follow Diesel's cutting guide until you get to a bodyfat % that is acceptable to you. At that point, you can decide whether you want to CLEANLY bulk in order to maximize muscle mass and minimize fat.

At this point, it doesn't seem like you know much about nutrition or your body, so I would heavily lean towards doing a cutting cycle since it's so easy to screw up a bulking cycle and you'll just end up a lard ass.

Good luck.

LOL, good to see when you offer your advice, it is still straight to the point! haha.

Good advice also, I would do a cutting program. Then put on lean muslce mass, you will look and feel better doing this than just becoming a lard ass, hahaha, as prosemont put it!

One more thing, I can never understand these guys who just want to bulk quickly and put on fat at the same time! They loose their facial features and all at the same time! Cut, then put on lean muscle mass, its the way to go!

As for your diet, I would personally see an expert in the field so you get all you need to remain healthy (vitamins etc). Maybe go see the head of your local bodybuilding association. Good dieting advice is the single best thing for you when moulding your body to the exact way you like it! Or you can follow the guides on here, but then again, I am not one to bother with that crap when I can just have diets written out for me for free without any effort, haha!

I got a quick n easy dieting tip that worked for me...

First off... don't diet... why? Well, the word has the letters DIE as it's for three... so naturally, your body is going to not like it much.

Instead, make sure that 70% of your daily food intake is water-based. Like fruits, vegies and sprouts.

And second: BREATHE! Like in some of the DJ Bible topics. Breathing is healthy! It cleans out your lymph and oxygenates your cells, giving you MUCH MORE energy.

When breathing, take deeeeeep breaths using your diaphram, hold for a while, then release slowly. Whenever you can... do it.

Do those two along with some AIRobics. ;) And I guarantee that in a month or so you'll see phenomenal changes. :p

:D

Then naturally proceed with the cardio n stuff. :p Ciao!

Word to Clooney.

Tribe, any fitness center should have a trainer on staff who can measure your bodyfat. They'll use calipers and you'll get a rough idea of what it is.

Regarding having a goal, I think if you made of goal of saying, just for example, I'd like to have single digit bodyfat % so that you can see my 6-pack, that would be helpful to you. Once you get to that goal and maintain it, you can then set another goal, just for example, of increasing your lean body mass (muscle) while retaining a relatively low bodyfat %.

My advice: start cutting now and educate yourself about nutrition and fitness.
