“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Blockiness is genetic...not cause of deadlifts. Thats a myth that seriously needs to die.
It's both genetics and due to deadlifts. Deadlifts heavily build up the abs, obliques, lower back and glutes so for BBers that's to be avoided. But of course genetics play a part, some people can deadlift and always have a tight waist whereas others will be blocky no matter what (Jay Cutler, haha, Mr Fridge :)). But in any case deadlifts makes one more blocky which is why I don't do them anymore.

'Scientific Study' - Well look at Flex Wheeler, Kevin Levrone, Frank Zane, Arnold, Franco, Dexter Jackson, Victor Martinez etc. Notice how they have a great V-Taper and narrow waists without thick obliques, core and lower back.
They all deadlifted, apart from Kevin Levrone maybe. Arnold deadlifted 710lbs.

Not year after year as part of a routine, maybe from time to time. And there's no way most of the list I mentioned deadlifted with any regularity. It's clear the ones who deadlifted a lot, just look at the waists. That's why many BBers don't deadlift. Period.

MM-Unless you followed these dudes around...you really can't say. So its word against word really. And using these genetic freaks as scientific research doesn't really cut it.

Deadlifting is the ultimate MANLY lift...whats cooler than being able to say that you could pick up 6-7 children and rep them for 3x5 - or some old fat dude plus his wife and dog, or just being able to say you can deadlift 1/4 ton. Of course thats only in lbs. Nothing is funnier than everyone staring enviously at you at the gym while they watch you deadlift big weight. Deadlifting is the way to go for many forms of satifaction.

I don't see why BBers would lie and say they didn't to deadlifts when they did, what would they be gaining? Waists give it away in most cases.
As I said I could deadlift 200 kgs but I don't see the point because it's not condusive with my goals.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Dude, if you want bigger muscles, you will have to eat more! And I mean by eating more good quality proteins, good quality carbs and unsaturated fats...

Any form of squat or deadlift will ofcource build your waistline. But after x amount of years deadlifting and squatting, your waist might be one or two inches wider. Does it really matter when shoulders, back/chest, legs also grew 10 inches in the process? No, it doesn't matter. Symetry is better than ever before and your strong like an ox. The difference might be that the deadlifter has a whole lot thicker back than the one who chose not to deadlift. Same with the glutes. They dont grow out of proportion. The legs grow alot faster than the glutes. Look at olympic lifters. They have strong glutes going as deep as they go in the frontsquat. And still no out of proportion asses.

@Hockey Playa
Youre just too weak yet. Remember that rome was not built i a day. It will likely take few years. Build your strenght, eat healthy and in time, size will come. Take your time and build up a 315 bench, 500 squat and deadlift.
