Well, the title of this section asked if I had any ideas regarding what it would take to make this forum better all around... I am very confident that by removing Cumfiesta's aggravating presence, it would accomplish this. Just read over any of his threads - the ones that haven't been locked (or the ones that have, it makes no difference...)
