Iam going to start going after school on wednesday to the school gym, but i dont know if i can get a ride home.
So please critique my routine.

Here is my planned diet.
Please help me with this the most, as I dont know much about it.

Supplements:
Iso Whey Protein Shake
25mg Ephedrine (On my last bottle, there now illegal, so i got to move down to 8mg)
Extreme Ripped Fuel

On Cardio days
I will have the protein shake for breakfast,
then take the ephedrine and extreme ripped fuel

All the other days
I will either have Vector Cereal, or porridge with a protein shake for breakfast

Lunch
Salmon on whole wheat bread
water

Dinner
Whatever my parents make
Always has some type of meat in it

So please, give me some criticism
Thank you for reading all this

actually deadlifts are not really necessary for cutting up but they ARE a total body workout.

i recommend doing shoulders with legs and cutting out the arms day, so make it sorta like this:

Mon - Legs, shoulders

Tues - Back (including traps), Biceps

Thurs - chest and triceps

workout your abs, forearms and calves on which ever day you feel necessary. i'd say its even ok working out your abs everyday if the intensity is not extreme, otherwise maybe every second day or something.

i would also add a stiff legged deadlift on the leg days, you only have one exercise for the hamstrings.

i'd also drop the reps to 8-10 instead of 12-15.

why you got so many machine exercises?

instead of a decline bench press do either flies or cable cross
overs.

add hammer curls in your biceps day.

and actually its a good thing that your teacher or whatever makes you take a day off, you'll actually get better results training mon, wed and fri.

Thanks for the replies.
I have alot of machine exercises in there because the gym I use, isnt really the best. So there isnt to many free weight benches.
Also, the cable crossovers I cant do. No way of doing it.

Also, I dont like the rest day during the week, because I dont workout on the weekends. So that gives me two days.
But, whatever is better I will do.

Thanks for the comments.
Keep em coming. If there is any.

Make sure you eat at least one gram of protein for each pound of bodyweight. I'm eating 5 meals a day and two of those are protein shakes. This will probably be the key factor in adding muscle mass. What are your goals? More mass? Less fat? These things need to be considered so that you can alter your caloric intake as needed.

The only tip I can give for the workout is to do compund exercises first.(you know, the exercises you do to target a certain body part, and you end up working other muscles in the process.) I've found that you exhaust your muscles quicker, which allows for a better pump.

Diesel:
I have read both your guides. To cutting and to bulking.
Iam not asking how to cut, I know how.
Iam asking for a critique of the diet and routine.
And from what I have read of your posts, your one of the most knowledgable people on this board.
So, it would be nice for something more then 'Just read my guide to bulking up'
Eventhough, Iam trying to cut up. As i said in my post.
