“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Okay, so I'm starting a weightlifting routine to gain a little muscle, but mostly just to tone in time for track. I'm not trying to bulk here, keep that in mind.

Monday- Arms (freeweights 15-20 reps x 3 sets of each) Bench (15-20 reps x 3 sets)

Wed- Legs (All machines 15-20 reps x 3 sets) Squats (15-20 reps x 3 sets)

Friday- Back and Abs....not quite sure what to do here so any help would be nice

That along with some cardio in the morning on off days and cardio right after workouts will also be added. Any suggestions would be nice :D

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

tone = doesn't exist

endurance == exists == what you're currently doing

building muscle != building endurance == your routine won't build you muscle

drop the reps to 6-8 to build muscle.

I'm not trying to bulk here, keep that in mind.
I guarantee you do NOT have to worry about that, you're not going to blow up overnight.

Exactly there is no such thing as a toning routine. You either are building mass=bulking, or trimming fat=cutting. The later would be what you consider your toning routine. During the winter time i like to gain about 10pds of muscle, and by doing so i have to gain some fat. Starting about mid march i will begin to cut up slowly to trim that fat and keep about 8 pds of that muscle. I still eat the same ammount of meals a day however i change up my ratios for what my goal is. You can get some good advice on www.bodybuilding.com, or www.1fast400.com or www.anabolicminds.com

Dont worry. Acne tend to break out when you experience a lot of stress. I guess the very first time in the gym in the most stressfull. Your body will get used to this kind of stress fairly quickly. After 3-4 times you should feel ok.
