would you take creatine bars just directly after a workout, or even on non-workout days? plus, is it better to take them in a particular moment of the day or just whenever you want? (i'm going to take just one bar a day)

creatine bar? wtf?

Never heard of that.


However, creatine is best taken post workout, within about 15-20 mins.
