Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Not that i would actually try it... just curious.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

No it's not true, but you will still be throwing away money.

Creatine isn't dangerous if you're drinking enough water BTW.

Creatine is used for strength, you'll basically be wasting money if you use it when you're not training. But no, you won't put on fat.

thats wierd becuase my creatine bottle says after the initial loading week, it says you can either take it after your workout, or right in the morning on non-work out days?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

That's not what "not working out" means. If you workout 3 days a week, you should still take creatine every day.

Yup creatine puts on fat.

Squats are bad for your knees.

Bicep curls exclusivelly give you big arms.

Protein is bad for your kidneys.

It takes steroids to get big.

Cardio is for toning, weights are for big muscles.

If you do too much weights you may wake up ripped the next morning...

etc. want me to continue?

its not the creatine that gives you more fat, its not working out entirely. and why would someone take creatine and dont work out, i dont understand that one ?

btw, creatine does give you strenght but it also increases the volume of your muscles, because your muscles retain more water. but not all creatines do this it must be 100 % creatine monohydrate and it must have the logo " Creapure" in the product, that reveals the quality of the product.

Creatine helps muscle recovery by allowing your body to produce more ATP aka energy, increasing cell volume, which allows for better nutrient absorption due to larger cell area, and speeding up protein synthesis. Fat is produced by storing excess calories (generally from carbs and saturated fats) and depositing them around your body. See any relation? No? Okay.

Non-workout day = Day that you take a rest

Not lifting = You're a lazy bum and taking creatine would be pointless

Why take it on a rest day? To keep the levels of creatine in your body up, you're still "healing" your muscles 24/7. No point in only taking it on lifting days.

I take creatine and ever since I started takeing it it seems like my muscles recover 5 or 6 times as fast.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

It may seem like it, but I can say, without a doubt, that it does not help THAT much. Creatine's effectiveness decreases with better diets. The more you fulfill your nutritional needs with food, the less your body needs creatine, and the less likely you are to see noticable results. Thats according to some sports nutrition book I'm reading. Seems off to me, since I've never been told that before.

You get creatine naturally from red meat. The average adult male has 120g of creatine already in their system; capacity is maybe 3g higher than that. If you're already at capacity from your diet, more will just be pissed out like unused vitamins.

I don't know about all the other stuff, but yes creatine is in meat. However, when meat is cooked, the creatine breaks down, thus giving you less.

All those numbers and stuff, weren't mentioned and I haven't heard anything like that before.
