Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
organge juice is the worst thing you can mix it with since it has so much citric acid, use 100% grape juiceOriginally posted by LordBrian
did u get flavored creatine? The unflavored i have tastes like... well... nothing... cuz its not flavored... just a little bit thicker water... usually drink it with orange juice or apple juice.
I didnt know that. Why would the citric acid be bad?Originally posted by vanwilder

i dont know the exact wording for it, but i generally it fights the ability for hte creatine to be absorbed by the cells, and the thing that helps it best is natural sugars and such, and grape juice, only 100% (expensive btw) has the most natural sugars of any juice. in the end i dont think it will make a huge difference, but if your really want to make sfull use of creatine stick to things without citric acid. and btw just taking it with water is not as efficient either as it does not have the sugars that aid the absorbability of the creatine, that is why cell tech and **** has so much sugar. you can pick up dextrose at places that make wine and such, or most liquor stores. good luck i cant think straight because of the ephedrine,Originally posted by LordBrian

there this is what i meant hahaha good postOriginally posted by MindOverMatter
citric acid breaks creatine down so by the time it reaches your bloodstream it's generally useless.
the best way to drink it like someone said is with a non-citric, natural sugary drink. reason for that is, the sugar spikes up your insulin levels, and insulin is the best carrier of protein/creatine into your muscles.
personally id just make a post workout shake with milk, whey, glutamine, creatine, and honey. when i had dextrose i added that, but i prefer the flavor of honey.
