Ok guys, If you read my previous thread, I was asking about creatine and nitroexplosion (cafinated creatine). I was getting some thumbs up and some thumbs down on the issue, so i took it upon myself to search the item. I came across a very good website for anyone who is curious of using the product.

I also researched many other sites that have said most of these things. The way I see it, if you keep up the right doasge, then you have no real visible risk.

The ONLY side effects from creatine that could be deemed "negative" is that if you have pre existing kidney or liver damage, the raised creatine levels could provide some complications. Other than that, there are no negative side effects from something that your body already produces. Your body will only hold so much creatine, the rest will be dispelled, so there is no 'overdose'. Granted, if you take a whole jar a day, that may put your excretory system in a bit of a pickle, but this is very unlikely.

You guys obviously didn't watch the video. It explains the side effects very clearly in this excerpt. Its only 30sec long.
