"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

So about a year ago i finally got my first girlfriend at age 15(im now 16 turning 17 in a few months). I was soo hype because i wasn't really experienced with girls or anything. I told myself since this is my first girlfriend i wont mess anything up and try to make things perfect.Shes the"flirty independent" type of girls that loves to flirt around and has everything in life going great for her.Shes also very social and outgoing. We dated for about one and a half month, and i really LIKED her but throughout the relationship she didn't show much interest and one time she told me that she flirted with a boy and went to his house..but did nothing sexual. she ended up breaking up with me and i was HEARTBROKEN...i cried my eyes out but i acted like it didn't phase me even though i was basically in love with her.we remained friends and hanged out for a little. Then we kinda lost contact.

Months passed and all i did was think about her.It was not one day i havent thought about her no matter what i did. And im still like this now. Then one day she texts me and we start talking aagain and she tells me that she had a boyfriend for about 8 months and they broke up recently. i was shocked and hurt again.but we started tlking more and more and we soon developed this kinda "playful bf/gf" relationship where we would flirt with each other and call each other "baby" and stuff even though i never told her how i really felt about her because i didn't have the guts too.We continued this little thing for a while until finally i grew the balls to tell her how i really felt, and i finally did. When i told her she really said nothing and we just continued doing what we were doing, but she would tell me how she likes me but she dosent want a boyfriend anymore.she really gave me signs that she actually liked me. Overtime we developed into "friends with benefits"...We would occasionally kiss and stuff.

About a month ago she invited me over to her house and we made out and i even gave her oral sex...The next day i text her and she lets me know that she didnt really like me (she thought she did) and that she dosent want to continue doing what we were doing, and we can no longer flirt or kiss. I was HEARTBROKEN AGAIN AND I CRIED. I CRIED LIKE EVERYDAY THAT WEEK THINKING ABOUT HOW SHE PLAYED ME FOR A FOOL.

PLEASE help guys what should i do? All i do is THINK ABOUT HER EVERYDAY,EVERY MINUTE OF THE DAY NO MATTER WHAT I AM DOING.I have sex with other girls and try to occupy myself by working out and concentratiing on school but it dosent work(oh and she attends my school and everytime i see her my heart literally skips a beat and i get butterflies in my stomach. Its been a full year and i have still not gotten over this girl. Im infatuated with her. I decided to do no contact and on the third day she texted me and i replied like the sucker i am .... PLEASE HELP!!!!!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

My friend, I'm here to tell you that what you are going through is normal. This part of life to have your heart broken unfortunately. You'll get through it. It may not seem like it now but you will. The key is to learn from it. I'm a big believer in that you are responsible for what happens to you (to a certain extent). So try looking back and see what you did. See if there's anything you could do better next time.

Another thing is you gotta know that you deserve better from girls. I understand that some girls will be flirty and that's their nature but if it goes to far like her going to another boy's house, that when you gotta draw the line and say no more because you gotta know that you're not some random guy that she can come to whenever she wants.

And don't beat yourself if you texted back. It happens to all of us. Just gotta draw the line somewhere and decide that she's not getting anymore of your goodies because she had her chance. Haha

It sucks but you'll be fine in time. Trust from someone who's been there.

Hope this helps. Cheers!

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
