"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So I'm on plentyoffish, and I get two emails, back to back, from the same girl. She's your run of the mill hot blonde girl - attractive but nothing extraordinary.

Anyway, I read the emails..they're pretty benign, and proceed to get back to work.

I check again a few hours later, and I find ANOTHER email from her, basically waxing impatient as to why I had not written her back sooner.

Now, it's clear that she's the type of girl who most guys castrate themselves over, and I'm sure her incessant emailing is because she's not used to being ignored by guys.

I'm tempted to send her a very stern condescending message about the importance of patience...but that may ruin any fun I could be having with her ( I dont mean in a relationship, but rather as a plaything)

Anyone here have any ideas as to what my next step should be?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

She could be a spammer. Be careful.

Perhaps so, although she did reference things in my profile using abstract thought. Unless there is a man behind her profile actually typing out her emails, I doubt she's a spammer.

I've just never actually recieved such demanding and desperate emails from a girl before...its very strange. I think she's psycho but I'm going to string her along if at all possible.

This is what happens when you have too much time in your hands.

Stay away from Internet dating, it's an absolute waste of time, most girls are only on there for an attention kick and are complete time wasters.

Ignore this girl and get off the site...that is my advice.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I've had great success using eHarmony & Match, at least for getting first dates. I'm not saying I get many 2nd dates, but I'm sure good at getting first dates.

With regard to this girl, if she's hot, I'd close her quick. Send her back an email (don't apologize for not getting back to her sooner), and see if she's available to go out. Send her a nice, multi-paragraph email, talking a bit about yourself, asking her some questions, and closing with asking if she'd like to meet up at such & such place at such and such time (usually Thursdays or Fridays are good).

You're basically calling her out on her behavior. She act's all impatient for you to reply, now you can turn the tables, and if she declines going out with you immediately, you can act just as puzzled as she is acting.

But - one thing: make sure she's not a bot, i.e., that the email is being auto-generated from a spammer trying to draw personal data from you of some sort. A hot chick emailing you 3 times without a reply in such a short time span is indeed a red flag.

Well, now you a little taste of what women have to deal with when a AFC hounds her online. Now imagine if it was 5-10 AFC's hounding her at once, that's what the attractive ones have to deal with.

So here's an idea if you want to have fun with a little case study. Since she's in the mode of acting like a AFC why not put yourself into the mode of a woman engaging a typical AFC? Two words, "sh1t tests." Could be fun... ;)
