"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Couture v Lesnar UFC tonight

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I really would love to see it, but even dive bars charge a big ass cover
on UFC nights. They show it at Hooters for free, but there's usually a ****ing line around the block to get in.

Get a few friends together and split the cost - I think it's $45? Even splitting it 3 or 4 ways you'll probably come out even on the money you'd spend on a cover charge and drinks at any bar.

I'm headed to a friends tonight, splitting it 6 ways - and my 12 back of bottles won't even be the cost of 4 bottles at the bar.

Couture is amazing, but Lesnar is SOOO huge, it should be good.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Brock has proven himself to be the real deal.

Now I just hope he gets a second chance to beat Mir and then I hope he beats Fedor into the ground with authority so all the UFC fans will go nuts that a former WWE guy pwned all their heroes.

Lesnar will become Kimbo Slice of UFC. He will win a few more fights against worn out veterans and young punching bags, and then somebody will knock him the fvck out and he'll abruptly fade away.

And if you really think Lesnar has ANY chance against Fedor, you must be crazy.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Btw, what the hell ever happened to Cro-cop? Remember all the people saying he's the number 2 fighter in the world after Fedor and is going to take the UFC by storm?

Alistair Overeem was dominating him before kneeing him twice in the balls for a no-contest.

Based on that fight, I don't think he will be back in UFC anytime soon. He's remained too one-dimensional while at the same time, everyone else has figured out how to beat him.

How can you say Lesnar is like Kimbo? His opposition in the UFC have been significantly better than Kimbo's. He's beaten some solid guys. Lesnar has the size and athleticism that should take him far in MMA as long as he keeps learning.

Didn't Cheik Congo also knee him in the balls?? Damn, Crocop must be sterile by now.

You know, I don't think I saw even one kick that entire fight, from Lesnar or Couture. Not even just a theigh kick. Lesnar seems mainly a box and grapple guy. I'd love to see him up against someone with a Muay Thai background.

According to reports, one of his testicles went into his body. Ugly.

I don't think Couture can kick in an actual match. Lesnar's fists are like kicks from other heavyweights.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
