if there is a girl and she is extremely nice and you asked her for her phone number could she turn you down or by her being to nice give it to you?

It really all depends on your relationship with her, but ALL Girls have a Predisposition of hiding their phone numbers. It doenst really matter the personality, no one likes a stalker.
