I injured my ankle last thursday, it was a severe sprain. I had just started my jogging to cut up 2 days before. I am worried because this injury, the doc says might take a few weeks to heal. My cutting cycle is going to suffer and so are my squats and other leg work outs.

Any suggestions?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Follow the doc's advice, rest. Maybe decrease your calories a bit since you won't be active. It sucks but if you keep working out you risk making the injury worse or at least increasing the time it will take to heal.

I agree with the previous post. Ankle injuries range from mild to serious. Yours might not be too serious, but you should follow your doctor's instructions anyway. Play it safe and your foot will heal faster.
